The vacuum insulation panels are accompanied by rigid extruded polystyrene insulation infill panels which can be cut to fit around problem areas such as roof lights or ventilator kerbs.

Kingspan OPTIM-R E Inverted Roofing System panels are rigid vacuum insulation panels with a microporous core which is evacuated, encased and sealed in a thin, gas-tight envelope. Kingspan OPTIM-R E Inverted Roofing System panels are encapsulated in a coating for increased robustness and easier handling on-site.
The vacuum insulation panels are accompanied by rigid extruded polystyrene insulation strips. They can be used where the remaining dimension to infill is below 300 mm or can be cut to fit around problem areas such as roof lights, ventilator kerbs or drainage gutters.
